Dr. Amin Govani

Born in Uganda, Dr Amin Govani came to Leicester in 1972 where he was educated at Westcoates Secondary School, Wyggeston & Queen Elizabeth I College Leicester, before qualifying as a dentist from Leeds University Hospital in 1989.

In January 1990 he worked as an associate dentist in Loughborough up until April 1992, where he purchased his own practice, the Govani Dental Surgery. During this time, he was a mentor and Vocational Trainer to newly qualified dentists.

In the year 2000, Govani Dental Surgery was awarded an “Investors in People” award.

Dr Amin Govani has gone on to train further in orthodontics, dental implantology and now facial aesthetics.

Providing the very highest standards in oral dental health care alongside patient centered care as always been the ultimate goal.

This vision has now been realized with our flagship practice Manor Dental Centre based in Oadby, Leicester.
